CORMISYS
Coach+Units=Deck

Don't sim the season. Play every snap.

Build your coach like an RPG character. Build your roster unit by unit. Then take both onto the field as a deck of plays — and call every snap yourself.

Management, then football

You built the team. Now coach it.

Build, then play

Everything you built — the coach, the roster, the playbook — goes into the game with you. You call every play, and every play is shaped by what you built.

Three layers

Every snap is built from the ground up.

Coach

You. Levelled like an RPG character.

Units

Eleven position groups, built season by season.

Layer one · the coach

Build yourself like a character

Every game earns career XP. Spend Coaching Points across a five-branch Coaching Tree, and every purchase is permanent — this is the coach you become, and it stays with you for the whole career.

Coverage IQ

Coverage calls — Cover 2, 4-3 Man, Nickel Press, Man Light — +3 rating.

The Coaching Tree screen: defense branch nodes across outer, mid and inner rings, with Coverage IQ owned.
Take Coverage IQ and four cards in your deck get better.

Layer two · the units

Build a roster that runs your plays

Eleven units, quarterback to special teams, each with a named player, a talent rating and a consistency rating. Spend development points as the season unfolds, live with injuries, and decide where your roster is strong and where it's thin.

The roster screen: offensive units with named players, ratings, condition and develop controls, and a unit balance chart.
Every unit: a named player, talent, consistency, and time together.

Layer three · the deck

Your playbook is where it all shows up

Every card is one play: run or pass, a rating out of 100, a token cost, and the units that run it. Earn new plays as your career grows, and rep the ones you trust — plays gain mastery the more you call them.

TokensThree a series. Your best calls can't be your every-down calls.
MasteryA play your team has mastered hits harder than one you installed on Tuesday.
The playbook screen with the Jet Sweep card open: backs primary, TE and O-line secondary, stopped by edge and corner, 10 personnel.
Open any card to see which of your units run it — and which of theirs stop it.

Where the layers meet

One snap. Everything you built.

Both cards flip, and the play is scored from every layer at once — the card you called, the units on both sides, and the game plan you brought.

On the field

Both hands face up

You see every card the defense is holding — knowing what they can call still leaves you guessing what they will. Read the look they show you, spend your tokens, and check out of a bad call with a limited supply of audibles.
